Thirdly, keeping consumers whole amidst turmoil necessitated proactive measures and customer-centric initiatives. We were uncompromising in ensuring that we provided a lot of flexibility and support to our customers during this time to ensure that we maintained their loyalty – and we have. We will always prioritize the well-being of our employees and consumers while staying true to our mission.
