An individual attempted to ram an Israel Police officer on the road connecting Jerusalem and Ma'ale Adumim on Tuesday afternoon before fleeing the scene, Israel Police reported.
The individual then drove off but was stopped at another police checkpoint where they were shot by police officers.
No injuries to Israel Police officers were reported.
